Two 90-minute LIVE meetings per month
We meet online on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 3pm ET (noon PT, usually 8pm UK). During those calls, I’ll help you set objectives and plan strategic campaigns to use your book to generate leads, close clients and make money.
Hot Seat Coaching
One call each month is dedicated to giving you direct support in growing your business. During these live calls, you’ll have the opportunity – if you want it – to draw on the collective wisdom and experience of everyone in the group to get answers to your most challenging business, success and lifestyle questions.
Powerful Training and Guest Speakers
One call each month is set aside for your learning and development. Each month you’ll hear, either from me or from hand-picked guest experts, as we take you step-by-step through our best strategies on topics such as face-to-face selling, getting referrals, selling from the stage or webinars, product creation, getting booked as a speaker, joint ventures, social media marketing, getting featured in the media and much more.
Group Virtual Days
Every quarter, we do a group ‘Virtual Day’ workshop: we spend 3 or 4 hours together working on an important project to help you grow your business. In the first hour, I train you live, then we break for an hour as you take what you just learned and implement it. Then we regroup for questions and to review and refine what you created. Finally, we set up an action plan for continuing to develop what you worked on and use it in your business.

As a member of the Mastermind, you’ll get access to a private community of ambitious, entrepreneurial experts — speakers, consultant, coaches and professional advisers just like you — who provide inspiration, support and guidance to each other.

Private Mentoring and Coaching
Every quarter, you get a private laser coaching call with me. This is your opportunity to get my personal feedback and mentoring to advance your business. Every group session and virtual group workshop is archived and made available to you so you can watch it again as many times as you like for as long as you remain a member of the program. If you miss a session, no problem: you can catch up when it’s convenient. Also, if you know you’re going to miss a call, you can ask a question in advance and I’ll make sure it’s answered during the session.
